设备优势
送板机Pallet feeder
1. 送板机采用蜗轮减速机，便于安装，易于维护；运行平稳；不易磨损，使用寿命长。
Pallet feeder uses worm-gear reducer, which is easy to install and maintain and can run smoothly. It’s difficult to wear so that it has a long service life.
2.板仓左右两侧都装配滚筒，安放托板，省时省力，提高效率
Pallet storage device is equipped with rollers on both sizes, when placing the pallets, which can save both time and labor, and increase working efficiency.
3， 以慢-快-慢的节奏非匀速送板，平稳送板。
With the slow-fast-slow pace to feed the pallets, the pallets can be delivered smoothly.
4.送板机电机与减速机皮带连接传动，在超载情况下皮带会打滑。具有自我保护功能，防电机损坏。多为机械件，故障少。
The electric motor of pallet feeder and the speed reduction gear are connected by belt, if pallets are stuck or overloaded, the belt will slip automatically. This self-protective function can avoid any damage to the motor. It uses mechanical elements, which ensures rare malfunction.
5.送板机外侧加装挡爪，防止送板过程中，其他托板后退。
There are pawls on the outside of the pallet feeder to prevent the pallet from backtracking in the process of feeding pallets.
6.送板机上加装可以调节高度的支脚，便于调节送板机高度。
Pallet feeder is equipped with stabilizers to adjust the height.
二、出砖机Brick conveyor
1,出砖机采用链条出砖，16A链条承重6吨，坚固耐用，不易打滑，匀速平稳出砖。
Brick conveyor convey the bricks with a chain, 16A chain can bear load up to 6 tons. It’s durable and can convey the bricks smoothly without slipping occurrence.
2,出砖机上装有毛刷，以清理砖上的残料。安装简单，成本低，维修保养成本低。
Brick conveyor machine is equipped with brush, which cleans the defective materials. It’s easy to install and has low maintain cost.
3,出砖机上加装可以调节高度的支脚，便于调节出砖机高度。
There are feet on the machine to adjust the height of the brick conveyor.
4,出砖机采用摆线式针轮减速机
Brick conveyor uses cycloid pin-wheel speed reducer.
三、主机Main machine
1.机架采用厚壁钢材，通过矩型焊接技术焊接，确保设备坚固耐用，保证质量。
The frame made by thick steel is welded by rectangular welding method, thus making the machine sturdy and durable, with high quality.
2.双杆定位导柱连接主机架与副机架，定位标准，副机架高度易于调节。
Dual poles positioning guide connect the main machine and the sub-frame, which can position accurately. Otherwise, it’s easy to adjust the height of the sub-frame
3.特制料车轨道压轨，料少料车跳动，减少漏料。
Special designed skip car press track, reduce the beat of the skip car and reduce the leakage of the materials.
4.采用五轴异步破拱机构，加快下料速度，使布料更均匀。
Using the broken arch method of 5 axis move in different pace to increase the speed of putting material and make the material move evenly.
5.拨料轴两端加装耐磨密封圈，防止原材料进入轴承座而损坏轴承。
Batching material axis is equipped with wear-resistant seal to prevent the raw material form falling into the axis to damage the axis
6.料车上加装高强度耐磨平切口刮料板，有效控制漏料，保证台面干净整洁。
The skip car is equipped with high intensity wear-resistant flat scrapper board cuts, which can control the leakage of the material and keep the board clean
7.料车运行平稳，下料速度快，加快原材料活化反应速度，使砖的密实度高。
Skip car run smoothly and cut material quickly, which can increase the speed of the raw material activation reaction
8料车上加装毛刷，清洁上模残料，保证砖成品清洁美观。
There are brushes on the skip car to clean the residual material of the upper mold, insuring the cleanness and beauty of the brick
9.轨道滑块易于调节料车高度。
Track slider can easily adjust the height of the skip car.
10.拨料叉维修方便，成本低。
Material fork is easy to maintain and has low cost.
四、激振系统the vibration system
1.减振弹簧与减振垫结合，保护设备。
the anti-vibration spring and the anti-vibration pad have vibration dumping effect, which can protect the machine while it is working.
2.加装垂直定向机构，确保振台只在垂直方向振动。
This machine also adapts vertical orientation mechanism, which makes sure the vibration table only moves in the vertical direction.
3.加装注油孔，便于向振动箱内注入润滑油，同时，注油孔还可以将振动箱内的气体排出，进而保护振动箱。
The oil filler holes works as air-moving devices to protect the vibration case, to avoid any damage because of high temperature.
Meanwhile, by adding the lubricating oil into the oil filler holes, the machine can work smoothly in a longer operating life.
4.采用电机带动振动箱，启动速度快，激振频率高，激振力强。且易于检修维护。
The machine employs electrical motor to drive the vibration case. The motor has high starting speed with high vibration frequency and strong vibration force.
Otherwise, it’s very convenient and easy for maintenance.
5.可调摆臂同步，快速方便，确保模框升降平稳一致。两边结构不一样，一边固定，另一侧调节。
The adjustable swing arms is synchronous, and one-side arm is fixed, the-other-side one is adjustable
So that the mold case can move up and down smoothly and steadily.
6.大尺度调节副架高度，大螺距可旋梯形螺杆，快速，平稳，准确。
Coarse pitch screw can adjust the sub-frame to a high attitude stably and accurately at a quick speed.
五、液压系统Hydraulic system
1,液压元件采用国际知名品牌，保证质量。
The main hydraulic elements and seals are imported from China Taiwan,
adopts the Youshun technology, which ensures the good performance of the machine.
2,油管采用三到五层高压油管，油管由专业厂家生产，不会漏油。最高达34MPA
The oil tubes are made of 3-5 layers high-pressure oil pipe, so the phenomenon of permeating
and leaking oil rarely occurs.
This highest intensity of pressure is 34MPA.
3,油管高空加设，整洁美观。
The oil pipes are installed in a high attitude, which makes the machine look clean and beautiful.
4,油箱上加装冷却器，保证油温不会太高。同时，油箱上装有油位计，实时监测油温与油位。
The cooler in the oil tank makes sure the temperature stays low.
The oil level gauge can monitor the real-time oil temperature and the oil level.
5,油箱上装检修窗口，方便检修
The round maintenance window in the oil tank is installed, easy to maintain.
6,电机与油泵采用连轴器连接，便于拆卸和检修。
The electrical motor and oil pump are connected by the connecting shaft, which is easy to be disassembled and maintained.
7,油箱内部高低斜面，便于残油排出。
The base plate of the oil tank is a high-low slope, so it is easy to discharge the bottom oil.
